Booking conditions: Standard Rate

• a) 1 night will be charged at the time of booking to secure the customer's reservation.
• b) 14 days before the customer's arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Booking conditions: Non-refundable Rate

• a) The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time the hotel receives the reservation.

Payment methods:

• This property accepts cash in US$ and CHP$ as well as major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Dinners Club. We also accept debit cards.
• A cash deposit, credit or debit card for additional charges and a government issued photo ID may be required at check-in.
• Special requests are subject to availability at time of check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
• The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay incidentals must be the primary name on the room reservation.
• Rates are quoted per room and in U.S. dollars (US$).
• Rates do not necessarily apply for group reservations; please contact us to know the special conditions we have for groups.
• The exchange rate to be applied to make the conversion to other currencies should be consulted to the hotel, the one generated by the booking engine is only a reference value, but any conversion rate should be consulted.
• In accordance with art. 41 of Law No. 16.441, Easter Island is a tax exempt territory.
• Tauraa Hotel B&B is not responsible and will not provide any refund for travel services lost due to cancelled or delayed flights, cancelled or delayed third party transportation services or any other circumstances beyond the control or responsibility of Tauraa Hotel B&B that may be considered "force majeure" events, such as: cancellations and/or delays as a result of weather conditions, road conditions, fires, explosions, earthquakes, droughts, tsunamis, floods and general strikes, among other factors and situations.
